ESSENTIAL
A room with an "active" spirit, perfect for those who prefer comfort and functional services.
The Essential rooms were all renovated in 2020.
They are extremely comfortable, with pleasant and functional furnishings, all equipped with a 32" television, minibar, air conditioning and safe.
Some rooms have a balcony (on request), bathrooms with shower cubicle or bathtub.
All rooms have parquet flooring and are bathed in the colours of the sea and sand!

NOVECENTO
The Novecento rooms are located inside the historic villa.
In the summer of 1897, Gabriele D’Annunzio and Eleonora Duse chose one of these rooms as a love refuge.
Finely furnished with the natural tones of wood in the flooring and the warm tones of sand in the fabrics, they are equipped with comfortable beds, 32" TV with Sky channels and a very nice courtesy set that includes a bathrobe and slippers.
The room with balcony is available on request with bathrooms with shower cubicle or bathtub.
Some double rooms have the special feature of being attic rooms.

The large room has 2 areas that can be divided by a sliding door and a single bathroom. Each room can be composed of a double bed + 2 sofas or a double bed + 1-2 single beds (depending on the needs of the guest).
