Many guided tours to discover the Domus of the Surgeon and the Museum of the City
During the
Christmas guided tours, introduced as the weekend
(Saturday at 11 am and at 17.30, at 11 am and Sunday at 15.15 at a cost of 3 euros per person),
are enhanced through the opportunity to visit the area of excavation that returned
La Taberna medical surgical kit with the richest of the Roman era come down to us,
or to admire the original masterpieces of the fourteenth century Rimini school and great artists such
Giovanni Bellini, Ghirlandaio, Guido Cagnacci, Guercino ...

MUSEUM LOOK
Villa Alvarado, which since December 17, 2005, houses the Museum of looks, and a building located on the hill of Covignano of Rimini.
Built in 1721, takes its name from the Spanish nobleman Don Juan Antonio Alvarado, Knight of the Order of St. James and secretary in Italy Emperor Charles VI.
The hill of Covignano and 'affected by the presence of many caves, like the Rimini area.
These tombs of artificial origin, were used with different functions (deposits, wineries).
Inside the cave of Villa Alvarado was exposed vodu Lossu, series of objects linked to the worship of water,
or a group of statuettes used for ritual purposes by a "fetish" (a kind of shaman-priest-healer).
